Here is the registration and/or pre-registration forms for the upcoming Slater-Douglass Reunion, scheduled for July 3rd, 4, and 5th, 2008. THE DEADLINE FOR PRE-REGISTRATON IS MAY 1ST, 2008.

Please click on the registration form for a full-page version, and print that off so you can fill it in. Also, there is an order form for a T-shirt, special events and Special Reunion Assistance. Also, click on that picture for a larger form to fill out.

The forms are pretty self-explanatory.

The prices of each event are listed on the form, as are the addresses for both the Douglass School Alumni Association, Bristol, VA; and the Slater High School Alumni Association, Bristol, TN.

AGAIN, THE DEADLINE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION IS MAY 1ST, 2008. PLEASE GET YOUR FILLED-OUT FORMS AND YOUR FEES IN BEFORE THAT DATE!
