REUNION DATES (NOTE CHANGE IN DATES):
Reunion will be held July 3, 4, and 5, 2008.
(Sunday, July 6 was dropped as an official Reunion date. It will be a day of departure or a chance for you to visit the church of your choice).


REUNION FEES FOR 2008 (NOTE CHANGE IN REUNION FEES):
**Reception $35.00
**Banquet and Dance $55.00
**Picnic $25.00
**Total $115.00

**Package deal $105.00, available until May 1, 2008
We tried to keep from raising the fees, but the cost of things, as you know, keeps going up. Our food, entertainment, supplies, printing and rental fees all are the main reason for the increases. We hope that you will attend in great numbers, for this may be the last one where we will have a formal program of this magnitude. The feasibility of continuing our Reunion will be a key subject at our school meetings.


REUNION LOCATION:
The Holiday Inn and Convention Center will again host our Reunion. To accomodate your needs, we have reserved 70 rooms and all available suites with an arrival date, starting July 2, 2008. The room rate for 2008 for a single or double is $79.00, plus tax. A suite is $109.00 plus tax. The Honeymoon Suite is $149.00, plus tax. When making your reservations, PLEASE SPECIFY that you will be attending the Douglass and Slater Reunion. Phone numbers to call for reservations are 1-888-466-4141 or 1-276-466-4100. Reservations may be made at any time. Reunion rates will be in effect until June 15, 2008.


PRE-REGISTRATION ENDS MAY 1, 2008:
Pre-registration is very important because of the planning necessary to ensure that we will be able to accommodate all who plan to attend Reunion 2008. When you pre-register, we are able to plan quality activities that you will enjoy and be proud to attend.


REFUND POLICY:
Reunion fees are refundable under the following conditions..
1. Confirmed conditions beyound your control.
2. A $10.00 handling fee will be deducted from all Reunion fee refunds.
3. Alumni Dues are not refundable.


HONOR CLASSES FOR 2008:
The following classes will be our honored guests at Reunion 2008:
1938, 1939, 1940, 1941, 1942, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, and 1962.
