• JOHNSON CITY — Carver Recreation Center in Johnson City will host its annual Halloween Festival at 6 p.m. Saturday. The festival features a carnival atmosphere with games, prizes, bingo, costume and karaoke contests, and loads of fun. Admission is $2 per person, and children in costume will be admitted free.
